What we collect
The free process preview uses the process description and assumptions you enter to calculate an indicative result. The preview is not intentionally retained. Structured assessments may retain business requirements and anonymous browser state so you can resume. We collect contact details only when you request follow-up, a private evaluation, or submit a product for consideration.
What not to submit
Do not provide customer names, recordings, credentials, health information, payment information, confidential documents, or operational datasets through the public forms. We will arrange an appropriate controlled method if a private evaluation later requires additional material.
How we use information
We use submitted information to calculate and explain results, respond to requests, qualify private evaluations, review product participation, operate the service, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate demand. We do not sell personal information or accept payment for higher rankings.
Storage, disclosure and deletion
Validation submissions are retained until deletion is requested. Authorised administrators may access them to provide the requested service. Service infrastructure providers may process limited data on our behalf. On deletion, personal contact fields are erased while anonymised validation aggregates and audit metadata may be preserved.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw follow-up consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will verify the request before acting.
